established in year 2005 under Dynamic Care Resources Sdn.
Bhd. In line with our business expansion exercises, we have
diversified by implementing Large Solar Scale Project (LLS), Net
Energy Metering (NEM) in green technology sectors covering
Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) since year
2016, which was before the formation of DESB in 2019. We also
have expertise and experience in housing development and
consultation.
We are a registered company with CIDB Grade G7, SEDA and
Energy Commission Class A. DESB together with its trusted
partners and team combined cutting-edge technologies and skills
with deep industry knowledge to meet client’s demands. We offer
solid solutions, management services and consultancy to the
