ERL Maintenance Support Sdn Bhd (498574-T) or E-MAS was established in 1999 to commission, operate and maintain Express Rail Link (ERL), Malaysia’s fastest, and most intensive railway system with a near-perfect performance record and an unblemished safety record. The Express Rail Link (ERL), operates two services.
KLIA Ekspres, an airport rail-link system that connects Kuala Lumpur City with Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2 vice versa. KLIA Transits is a transit service from Kuala Lumpur to the airport that stops at four intermediate stations namely Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, Salak Tinggi and KLIA.
E-MAS is fully owned by ERLSB and is located at Kompleks Rel Udara in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi in the district of Sepang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
In the past 20 years, E-MAS has managed to develop the skills and expertise of its employees to successfully operate and maintain both the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit with an impeccable on-time service performance.
E-MAS acquired ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2003 and ISO14001:2004 certification in 2012 for its Operations and Maintenance of Express Rail Link (ERL) & Commuter Rail Service (CRS) railway system and presently maintains ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certification.
Our commitment and dedication ensure compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards as well as customer, statutory, regulatory and other legal requirements as reflected in our Quality & Environmental Policy.
With continual improvement, it helps us to improve our service quality, reduce environmental impacts and promote railway as an environmentally sustainable and energy efficient mode of transportation.
