1.1 Company History

Hobbyzone Company is a place to repair, testing and troubleshoot any electrical and electronics devices especially televisions. Hobbyzone Kepong is actually one of the branches of Hobbbyzone company. Hobbyzone company just started at mid of 2015. It was founded by Sir Husin Bin Mohammad. The great idea of him make a bright future to all the seller to make an honest business. He realized that customers always being deceived by the high price given by the technician. So, he took an initiative for all of Hobbyzone Company branches also offers (Do It Yourself) DIY services for each of customer’s electronics repair. Customer will be guided by the technician. This gives customer opportunity to learn and do the hands on by themselves. Other than that, Hobbyzone also do services repair television at customers house to ease the customer without bring their heavy television. However, some of Hobbyzone branches did not offer DIY sessions and home services because of pandemic COVID-19 to avoid any problems.

1.2 1.2 Company Background

Hobbyzone Kepong is the one of Hobbyzone Company branches. Hobbyzone Kepong has another two branches under the company which is Hobbyzone Kuantan branch and Hobbyzone Setapak branch. As one of the branches, Hobbyzone Kepong were operated since 2017 with 1 workshop and 1 shop. The shop were located at Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong and the workshop were located at Taman Ehsan, Kepong. Hobbyzone Kepong has total of 6 workers including the head technician, Mohammad Izwan Bin Abu Bakar, the Human Resource of Hobbyzone Kepong, Shida Binti Mohammad, the Kuantan Branch, Nurul Fahema, the Setapak Branch, Rusyaidi Shahmi and two of junior technician, Yasin Aiman and Arsaimah.

Hobbyzone Kepong offers all kind services related to the televisions problem. This company accepts all kinds of televisions such as smart TV lcd, led TV, plasma TV and others. Hobbyzone Kepong accepts electrical devices other than televisions like microwave, oven, DVD player and game console. All of the technical work were under supervision staffs and head technician.

Hobbyzone Kepong gives an opportunity for students to complete their industrial training here. It also provide hostels as well for students who lives far from the shop and workshop. The total industrial students here are 3 people only. Hobbyzone Kepong operates from Monday until Saturday. The worktime here are very flexible which is start from 11 am until 5 am.
