Lebrothers Construction Sdn Bhd ( Previously known as Lee Swee Ann &
Brothers Construction Sdn Bhd) was the first company commenced operation
on 1st July 1982 as a sub-contractor for civil works and has grown from a small
firm to a construction company. As a sub-contractor, the company’s businesses were
mainly located within the Klang Valley and has undertaken a wide variety of
projects ranging from residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to
construction of drainage and sewerage works. Below were among several
prestigious projects that have been completed by the company:

b) Bandar Teknologi Kajang (New township- mixed development)
c) Taman Bukit Mewah, Kajang (Residential housing development-Phase I
to Phase 6)

f) Maju Jaya Industrial Park, Puchong (Industrial development)
g) Complex Bus Terminal Kajang (Commercial development)

On 28th July 2001, Lebrothers Construction Sdn Bhd started cooperating with its
associates company known as Trans Loyal Development Sdn Bhd as a main
contractor mainly in building construction in all types of property development.
