RISE Property Services was established in August 2016 in Kuala Lumpur.

| Valuation | Valuation of all types of property and plant and machinery, for various purposes such as submission to Securities Commission, mortgage, acquisition, finance, accounting, corporate, management, taxation and joint ventures. |
| Compulsory Land Acquisition | To prepare valuation report in assisting the person interested which includes land owners, lessees and tenants in submitting relevant claims for compensation to the Land Office or JKPTG Office. |

To act for any party involved either on capital value or rental value dispute and the Registered Valuer shall prepare the valuation report and acting as an expert arbitrator. |

Disputes on land matters which usually arise from compulsory land acquisition and the Registered Valuer will be engaged by the client to prepare a report related to valuation, computation of damages and this may further require involvement in court proceedings, including appearance as an Expert Witness. |

| Investment | Comprehensive investment acquisition advice and sale of investment properties.
