UTHM Holdings Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned investment holding company of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. Incorporated on January 15th 2004 as K-Utech Sdn. Bhd. and presently manages these subsidiaries, UTHM Commercial Sdn. Bhd., UTHM Education & Training Sdn. Bhd. and Al-Gazel Medical Sdn. Bhd.

Our primary objectives are to create sustainable value and leverage on in-house expertise and assets in generating funds to make up for the reduction in government funding of the university’s operating costs.

UTHM Holdings acts as a link which is committed to transform ideas into action, and income generation into wealth creation. We are the gap-bridging entity mandated to fulfil the wealth creation for Universiti and to create investment opportunities while enhancing the strategic positioning of our core businesses.
