1. To assist on assigned project accounts.
2. To carry out data entry including verification of suppliers’ invoices, payment certificates and petty cash claim.
3. To prepare payment voucher and cheque.
4. To reconcile the suppliers and subcontractors statement of accounts balances.
5. To liaise with the personnel at site on accounting matters.
6. To take charge of filing of accounts documents.
7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting ONLY.
2. At least 2 years of related working experience.
3. Computer literate.
4. Self-disciplined and able to work with minimum supervision.
