Job Description

  • Assist in accounting data entry, matching and document checking. 
  • Assist monthly, quarterly and yearly closings.
  • Assist in follow up with all parties to ensure all invoices posted, paid and cleared on time.
  • Assist in reporting, analysis including vendor/customer balances reconciliation and ageing report.
  • Assist in filling and account related details.
  • Assist in updating accounting software.
