Job Description
Job Responsibilites:
Responsible for Management Accounting, Financial Reporting and other accounts functions.
To assist the Finance Manager / Assistant Accountant / Group Accountant on Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR) accounting activities of the company.
Ensure all general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation and schedules are done correctly and submitted for review in a timely manner.
Monitor & review accounting and related system reporting and ensure accuracy.
To prepare the tax schedules and liase with tax agent for annual tax submission.
Responsible for the preparations of daily cash flow forecast and operation report.
Ensure financial security and established internal controls are being adhered to.
Liaise with bankers, auditors and corporate secretarial matters.
Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
Degree / Advance Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience with IFCA software and the ability to handle full sets of accounts, preferably in property development would be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
