Job Description

📌Admin Assistant/Documentation

▶Location: Bandar Pinggiran Subang

▶Working hours :
Mon-Fri (8-5pm)
Sat (9-1pm)

▶ Salary : RM 1,200 – 1,500

Qualification:
– Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
– Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
– Able to work independently and adapt quickly to a results-oriented environment
– Have positive attitude, confident and willing to learn

Requirements :
– Manage day to day office administration that includes drafting of correspondences, mail distribution, incoming and outgoing legal communication
– General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
– Prepare and deal with sensitive and confidential legal documents and correspondence
– Liaise with government authorities (i.e High Court, Land Office, Valuation Department) and private sectors (i.e banks)
– Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
– Receive and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
– Handling documents filing and reports.
