📌 Admin Cum Marketing

▶️Location: Bandar Pinggiran Subang

▶️Working hours :
Mon-Fri (8-5pm)
Sat (9-1pm)

▶️ Salary : RM 1,600 – RM 2,000.00

Job Description
1. Assist in handling day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administrative processes.
2. Assist in preparing reports, general filing, and marketing department administration tasks.
3. Assist in preparing and dealing with sensitive and confidential legal documents, mail distribution, sales reports, and other duties assigned by your superior.
4. Supporting operating activities, follow up and administrative skills.
5. Liaise with government authorities (i.e Land Office, Valuation Department) and private sectors (i.e banks)
6. Assist in attending customer inquiries in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
7. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
3. Possess at least one (1) year of working experience are welcome to apply.
4. Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
5. Possess a positive working attitude, independent, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
