- To assist to implement and maintain office policies & establish company’s standards operation procedures.
- Provide office orientation for new employees.
- Set up and coordinate meeting and conferences.
- Issue Sales Order (SO) for New Project, Semi Project, Services & Maintenance and Truck’s Mixer.Sales Order will be issue upon received of customer PO, C & S Quotation, emailed requested by Sales PIC and Job done/ Ad Hock Job.
- Ensure and check of Quotation, Sales Order , DO sheet c/w picture from Supervisor to attached and submit to Admin Manager to issue invoice & DO.
- To maintain quotation file by running number, ensure all confirm order c/w C & S Quotation/PO.
- To assist Account Dept to record all invoice and do to delivery out. Filling all invoice and DO with company acknowledge received copy.
- Arrange and maintain records for renewal of : Majlis’s License, CIDB, PTP Pass, Road Tax, Inspection of motor vehicle, Foreign worker permit and passport.
- Issue PR for service and maintenance, company vehicle,office equipment and stationery.
- Record and monitoring employees benefit for medical claim fees & employees company uniform.
- Answer phone call and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Monitor for Fuel, Touch & Go, Service & maintenance company vehicle.
- Filling all documentations.
