Job Summary- To do testing, training, support, troubleshoot and enhance KK backend application system

Responsibilities

1. Understand the business requirements and translate into solutions
2. Analyze, design, develop and implement new software solutions
3. Provide prompt end-user support on business applications
4. To liaise with users in handling technical issues and provide appropriate actions on a timely manner.
5. Design develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
6. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
7. Prepare user manuals.
8. Provide in house training to end users
9. To develop customized modules and enhancement for reports/software application.

• Candidate must possess at least in Diploma or Degree in IT-related studies.
• Fresh Graduate/ At least 1 years working experience in software and application development.
• Familiar with the following programming languages and database:
  o VB.NET, C#, PL/SQL, Delphi 6.0, PHP, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5
  o MS SQL Server, Oracle
• Knowledge in retail industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team or individually with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in mentoring junior software developers will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and self-motivated
• Be flexible, show initiate and respond quickly when situations change
