Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare accurate and completed sets of construction drawings and specifications for interior construction, space planning, material, finishes, furnishing, fixture, and equipment according to client and project requirements.
  • Update and follow up drawing documentation according to revisions made from design development to construction stage.
  • Assist designer in producing the documentation needed, develop space planning concepts, prepare design proposals and presentations and project quotations.
  • To develop 3D rendered perspective views according to the 2D floor plan, selected materials, and textures.
