Job Description

  1. To develop business development strategy in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business acquisitions and opportunities
  2. To screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities; assess risk and cost/benefit, etc.
  3. To conduct market research and compile databases on the property sector, demographic, economic, and other related news.
  4. Perform ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required.
