Job Description

General Description:
The incumbent will assist in CAS functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Assist in administering the smooth running of Client Account Services (CAS) functions and ensure all duties and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with internal standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Performing name screening matters in accordance with the requirements as set out in the AML/CFT Procedure.
•Assist to ensure smooth process for opening of clients account according to the turnaround time.
•Providing support to attend enquiries regarding client on-boarding process in duly manner.
•Assist to ensure documentation of changes/update of documents are well recorded.
•Assist in monitoring of PEP/High Risk request by FINS/Group/Compliance.
•Assist to carry out UAT testing (if any) and complete within the stipulated time.

Requirements:
•Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
•Possess good interpersonal skills, organized with strong administrative skills and able to multi-tasking.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Team player, proactive, resourceful, have sense of urgency and discipline.
•Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and good computer skills.
•Applicable for Malaysian citizen only.
•Final year student for Degree or Master program who is looking for internship placement.
•Candidate who able to start as soon as possible will be prioritised.
