Job Description

The Customer Experience Intern will assist the Customer Experience Department in daily operations, encompassing tasks from different divisions such as pre-sales, internal sales, document collections, payment collections, post-sales and advocacy. Additionally, the intern will contribute to various departmental assignments, including the documentation of internal processes. We seek an individual who is agile, with a passion for the environment, dedicated to providing comprehensive customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand every aspect and touchpoint of the customer journey and business model.
  • Provide accurate information regarding SOLS Energy’s products and services
  • Pre-qualifying and lead generation support.
  • Assisting in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Assist in the collection and verification of required documents and payments from customers.
  • Track the status of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
  • Participate in CX projects, providing administrative and logistical support.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the CX processes based on customer feedback and interactions.
  • Work closely with other members of other departments including operations, technical and installation.
