Job Description

  • Explore, Identify and develop new market opportunities and sales option
  • Lead and participate in market survey, intelligence and analysis
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters
  • Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Evaluate, propose, develop and implement short-term business growth
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new product
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and business partners via call and email
  • Complete all assigned tasks on timely manner
  • Proactive in liaising with various department to resolve issues
  • Strong attention to detail and patience to client’s enquiry

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
  2. Must have at least a bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent
  3. Proficiency in the use of office software Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
