Job Description
- Explore, Identify and develop new market opportunities and sales option
- Lead and participate in market survey, intelligence and analysis
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters
- Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner
- Evaluate, propose, develop and implement short-term business growth
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new product
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and business partners via call and email
- Complete all assigned tasks on timely manner
- Proactive in liaising with various department to resolve issues
- Strong attention to detail and patience to client’s enquiry
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
- Must have at least a bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent
- Proficiency in the use of office software Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
