Job Description

  1. Supervise, lead Customer Service Team with comply to the SOP.
  2. Act as main entry point to arrange job orders, follow up, and monitoring the shipment process to ensure customers’ expectations are met and all customers’ requests are completed.
  3. Update customers on the daily schedule as arranged and keep customers updated on the progress of their both inbound and outbound shipments.
  4. Placing necessary orders with Transport/Operations Team or Sub contractor based on client’s job requirements.
  5. Other job functions shall be briefed during the interview.

Note: Able to work independently and at least 3 years relevant working experience.
