Job Description

  1. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  1. Maintain the highest possible standards in all area to ensure maximum internal and external customer satisfaction
  2. Promote excellent internal customer service and relations at all times
  3. Use department’s historical data and your own knowledge to maximize commercial opportunities
  4. Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and comments and implement solutions accordingly
  5. Deal with enquiries for conference, corporate and exclusive events. Ensure full use of software system (Rendezvous) including all follow up.
  6. Arrange and undertake client site visits. Supports and attend sales event internally and externally as required.
