- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

- Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and comments and implement solutions accordingly
- Deal with enquiries for conference, corporate and exclusive events. Ensure full use of software system (Rendezvous) including all follow up.
- Arrange and undertake client site visits. Supports and attend sales event internally and externally as required.
