- Assisting the Chef De Partie in preparation of mise-en-place as per recipe and daily food production.
- To assist in buffet set-up.
- To reheat sauce, soups and to check for correct taste as per reduction daily and every shift.
- Assist the steward to maintain sanitation and hygiene in various kitchen outlets.
- Performs other duties as directed by Chef De Partie, Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager from time to time.
