Job Description

  1. Assisting the Chef De Partie in preparation of mise-en-place as per recipe and daily food production.
  2. To assist in buffet set-up.
  3. To reheat sauce, soups and to check for correct taste as per reduction daily and every shift.
  4. Assist the steward to maintain sanitation and hygiene in various kitchen outlets.
  5. Performs other duties as directed by Chef De Partie, Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager from time to time.
