Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop lubricant sales to drive company revenue.
- Manage own sales territory as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Utilize internal sales systems and processes to manage and track sales.
- Generate new leads and increase sales pipeline.
- Service existing customers and prospect for new clients.
- Plan and execute weekly sales visits within the designated area.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets based on KPIs.
- Prepare quotations for customers in line with company procedures.
- Submit sales and activity reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators (sales, volume, and margin) as per plan.
- Execute cross-selling of group products, particularly petroleum products and related services.
