- Candidates must possess or pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:-
- Business Administration
- Business Studies
- Business Management
- Business Economics
- Business Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.
- Great communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
- Minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Handles a variety of office administration activities, such as document preparation and client delivery packaging.
- Collaborates with the team to deliver timely and effective solutions to customers’ issues.
- Oversees and maintains up-to-date records within the system.
- Responsible for inventory counting, box sorting, and shelf stocking duties.
- Responsible for coordinating daily dispatches and managing incoming deliveries as required.
- Manages the arrival of new materials, unloads trucks, and verifies their alignment with the order.
- Provide a point of contact for customers with any logistics-related difficulties.
- Process any returned items or non-conforming products according to the prescribed processes
- Basic Allowance: RM500 (Inclusive Attendance Bonus RM200)
- Monthly Performance Bonus: RM500 (Depends on Performance)
- Performance bonus/rewards can reach more than RM3,000
- Nearby MRT Mutiara Damansara (10-15 min walking distance)
- Interns who perform would be considered for a permanent position after their internship ends.
