Job Description:

• Handle production processes to achieve required production capacity and yield with emphasize on human resource discipline control.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering Department on capacity and yield improvement.
• Handle material/products inventory control, material scrap control, production 5S and material FIFO basic.
• To ensure production processes are according to workguide/spec-guide stated specifications.
• To ensure low production reject and wastage in Assembly Line.
• To perform and ensure proper training of production personnel.
• To ensure high inventory accuracy in related production floor.
• To establish methods of recording and control over the stock and consumption of raw materials.
• To liaise with QA Operation on production quality criteria, which includes accept/reject limit, non-conformance verification and disposition.
• To liaise in Production Control Section on production schedule material consumption, quality status, machine status and production information status.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
