Responsibilities:

To ensure low production reject and wastage.
To perform and ensure proper training of production personnel.
To establish methods of recording and control over the stock and consumption of raw materials.
To liaise with QA Operation product quality criteria, which includes accept/reject limit, non-conformance verification and disposition and inspection status.
To monitor daily output and yield.
To liaise with Process Engineer in maintaining good process yield.
To liaise with Production Control Section on production schedule, material consumption, quality status, machine status and product information status.
To establish and maintain high productivity and efficiency.
To ensure compilation of accurate production record/ data and carry out thorough investigation for any variations and establish effective countermeasures.

Requirements:

Degree in any Engineering field.
Candidate must have knowledge in SMT processes, production planning, production inventory, manpower planning and inventory stock count monthly.
Candidate must be a good team player and strong in leadership skills.
