Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Monthly summary of parts usage, purchases and stock movement.
- Ensure that all inventory control records, receiving, dispersal, and existing inventory are correctly maintained.
- Track, Issue and record items issued out to Maintenance Technicians.
- Carry out planned tasks to investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies by month end.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of working experience in Clerical/Admin functions, preferably in manufacturing sector.
- PC Literate on Microsoft Excel, Words.
- Willing to work Overtime when necessary (subject to workload & project timeline, if any).
