Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Valid license B2 or D
Job Description
- To receive and handle daily customer calls/feedback/enquiries
- To key in public complaints in SWM complaint system
- To constantly monitor and follow up actions with CRM Exe at branches
- To check voice message on daily basic
- To do random calls to complainer for feedback on action taken
- To submit relevant reports to CRM Executive on daily/weekly basis
- To key in tire breakdown case in the tire breakdown management system
- To monitor & get feedbacks of violations/alerts captured from GPS system and key into the GPS system
- To produce daily GPS report
- To monitor CCTV based on CRM Manager instruction
