Job Description

  • Organize & Conduct New Employee Orientation program.
  • Organize and coordinate training courses in accordance to the yearly training plan; promote training and development activities to ensure the training plan is materialized.
  • Administrate training request to cater for training needs on an ad hoc basis.
  • Carry out level 1-3 training effectiveness assessment. Tabulate assessment summary and perform analysis and draw interpretation.
  • Ensure employees’ training records are up-to-date on a monthly basis and maintain any controlled document related to training accordingly.
  • Compile training performance indicators and update in monthly report.
  • Responsible for HRDF applications and ensure all eligible training courses are submitted on-time for reimbursement purposes. Compile and analyze HRD funds utilization against levy contribution.
  • Contribute by taking up a role in the development of in-house training program materials; prepare written learning and instructional materials or any appropriate training aids.
  • Participate in the training needs identification process which serves as the baseline to formulate training budget and training plan.
  • Undertake assignment of training and talent development initiatives in the organization. Facilitate the Management Trainee Program (MTP), SLDN Program.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be arranged from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant studies.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and pays attention to detail.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations.
  • Enthusiastic about Training & OD projects and able to think out of the box to achieve results.
  • Able to travel outstation whenever necessary.
