- Responsible to take food orders from customers.
- Responsible to ensure working and dining area is clean
- Responsible to ensure all customer orders is served
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refiling glasses.
- Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
- Informs customers about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- Communicate to the customers and provide assistance with their queries.
- Deliver good customer service to all customers.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking follow SOP.
- Maintain the cleanliness in kitchen area.
- Clean up the work station every time after finish with a job.
