Job Description

Service Sector

  • Responsible to take food orders from customers.
  • Responsible to ensure working and dining area is clean
  • Responsible to ensure all customer orders is served
  • Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refiling glasses.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
  • Informs customers about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
  • Communicate to the customers and provide assistance with their queries.
  • Deliver good customer service to all customers.

Kitchen Sector

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking follow SOP.
  • Maintain the cleanliness in kitchen area.
  • Clean up the work station every time after finish with a job.
