Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  •  To generate/send out billing and invoices in a specific timeline for Management Fund after Handing Over Vacant Possession to the purchaser and unsold unit.
  • To ensure the billings, reminders, termination, and loan documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
  • Handle the full set account.
  • To maintain billing system up-to-date, collection and loan documentation to achieve the Departmental targets.
  • Responsible for daily debit/credit transactions and ensuring the transaction is updated daily.
  • To deal with owners on cash collections and assist bank-in collection.
  • To monitor payments, debts discovery, prepare invoices and receivable statements,s and perform basic record keeping.
  • To perform process adjustment, account reconciliations, and assist in the month-end closing account.
  • To maintain records and file updated.
  • Assists in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior/ Manager from time to time.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin (as required to deal with Mandarin Speaking Owners), English
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the Property Management field is required for this position.
  • Possess knowledge of account receivable, property management office administration, and procedures.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
