Job Description

• Actively involved and assist in initiating, planning, and executing company events or activities regularly for employee engagements

• Responsible for assisting and participating in helping create and advocate for an open, innovative culture by assisting in coordinating projects and program execution

• Support, assist and participate in well-being and team-building events for the organisation

• Involved and assist in developing and nurturing employee engagement activities, development and training if needed internally or externally

• Employee Wellness: Participate and assist in spearheading all initiatives to constantly improve and upgrade the quality of life for all employees
