● Support end to end recruitment process, which includes but is not limited to sourcing,
screening, and selection of potential candidates.
● Understand hiring needs, growth plan, critical talent gaps & challenges.
● Source and attract candidates with suitable and effective hiring channels.
● To assist in accessing the applicants/candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and
aptitudes before proposing the candidate’s profile to the hiring panels.
● Responsible for day to day analysis and reporting on Talent Acquisition related
● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
● Able to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-
● Fast learner, resourceful and proactive
● Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
