Job Description

  1. HR policies, procedures, process and programs are communicated and executed and monitored effectively.
  2. Provide policies and procedures interpretation to employees.
  3. Work together with managers and supervisors to identify root causes to solve employee related issues.
  4. Operations recruitment is coordinated efficiently.
  5. Compliance to regulatory requirement related to HR include foreign worker.
  6. HR reports are prepared and analyzed accurately and submitted on time.
