Job Description

• Monitor and supervise workers and subcontractors.
• Educate workers on-site safety practices and evaluate employee performance.
• Assisting Site Engineer in work schedule planning.
• Records all daily activity projects in Site Diary.
• Records all purchasing material
• Assist in preparing a report needs
• Solving an issue in the site
• Inspect and monitor on-site any damage/defect to buildings, infrastructure, and work done by the Subcon.
