- Good knowledge about marketing and familiarity with WhatsApp and telemarketing.
- Experienced and comfortable in handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Call
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Team player and passion in connecting with others
- Hardworking and proactive in work
- Able to start immediately
Job Description
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
- Enhance and improve the current process.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
- Following the process and procedure of the project.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
