- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Study or equivalent.
- Meticulous and pay attention to detail.
- Good analytical skill, planning and problem-solving skill.
- Good personal skill and willing to learn.
- Good communication skill and able to communicate with all levels.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong (nearby Bandar Puteri LRT Station)
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
- Assist in recruitment process including job positing, shortlisting candidate, arranging interview, etc.
- Providing support to day-to-day operations for HR & Admin Department.
- Assist in staff training and development including HRD Corp claim.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and update summary as required.
- Assist in organizing Company activities such as company dinner, team building, etc.
- To perform any other tasks assigned from superior from time to time.
