Industry Admin/Human Resources
- Assist in the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, interviews coordination and etc.
- Manage and input database of candidate’s profile.
- Assist and support in day to day HR matter
- Maintain all employee records, office management and administrative.
- Assist and participate in employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support including documentation and filing to the HR team.
- Assist in other ad hoc matters.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Preferred skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Monday – Friday (9:00AM – 5:30PM)
- Saturday (9:00AM – 1:00PM)
