Job Description

Job Description:
– Responsible for troubleshooting customer issues
– Diagnose and repair all type of computer hardware and software faulty
– Entertain and handle customer inquiries (online & walk-in based)
– Provide support to technical team as needed
– Follow up with potential customer
– Process customer’s order, shipping, tracking and follow-up
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
– Participate in regular inventory checks to ensure product availability
– Alert with industry trends, product knowledge
– Update and manage customers’ database
– Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior

Salary : RM1700.00 – RM2300.00 (Excluded incentive & allowance)
– EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Free Lunch on Friday
