• Providing best suggestions / recommendation after conducting and analyse competitors activities.

• Consumers Satisfaction
• Ensure and enhance consumers / buyers happiness and satisfaction.
• Learn to handle consumers / buyers’ comments / reviews from marketplace.

• Explore E-Commerce Enabler and Reporting
• Study and explore the e-Commerce enabler ecosystem via research, analyzing and engagement
