Job Description

  • Assist Project Manager / Site Manager in the supervision of the construction work.
  • Assist Site Engineers in recording of the site dairy, manpower chart, machinery usage report and site progress report
  • To supervise a team of staff (in-house construction workers), arrange and monitor machinery usage and monitor material delivery and usage.
  • To supervise sub-contractors’ work and monitor its progress.
  • To monitor the quality of work and ensure all works are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
  • To ensure proper safety at site.
  • To control wastage and delivery of material to site and liaise closely with QS and Purchasing Department on procurement of machinery and materials.
  • Liaising with authorities, consultants and sub-contractors.
