Job Description
Perform tasks according to the scope of work such as KPI staff:-
- Conduct retails audits at least once a months for each outlet
- Constantly keep up-to-date with the latest practices or implementation, create new/make an amendment to the existing checklist if have any related new practice
- Checking on SOP vs actual in all retails in every visit (preparation, handling, storage, new SOP)
- Conduct checking on facilities and environment in outlets
- Checking and verify all the checklists/form/records done by retails and also ensure retails maintain proper and up-to-date recording
- Preparing, summarize daily audit reports to a superior with the score after audit and filing all audit checklist forms
- Explore opportunities for continuous improvement and add values to the organization’s operation
- Analyze findings and identify the root cause for every finding independently
- Communicate with outlet Staff, Supervisor, FM (Field Manager) on the findings and advise on corrective action and preventive action process.
