Experience 1-3 Years
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as events evolve.
- Construct strategic and creative content plans for live shows produced in line with brand direction whilst meeting business outcome
- Involve in broadcast/live-stream process, including scheduling, planning and marketing
- Develop and produce interesting and engaging contents for broadcast/live-streams
- Identify gaps and opportunities for user retention, conversion and content growth within Shopee produced contents
- Develop creative ways to enhance or improve production workflow
- Craft and implement improvement plan to improvise day to day operational processes
- End-to-end sourcing for talents to be featured, drive content strategy and monitor post-production processes, if any
- Coordinate with crew, talent and supporting contracts during broadcast/live-streams
- Plan, execute and write progress reports for broadcast/live-streams
- Responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting for shows produced, results, financials and communications
- Train and groom a team of live-streams content producers
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
