Job Description
- Responsible for any problem related to the machine, product quality and productivity in the designated section.
- Follow up and take all necessary measures to solve problem in the fastest time possible, including responds to emergency call line down.
- Report any major problem related to the machine and product quality to the superior immediately.
- Summarize and key in any matters regarding the machine at designated section for Weekly Report on Monday.
- Liaise with Machinery Control’s Inventory Controller to ensure all the machine spare parts are in controlled within its optimum level. The store room rules must be abide at all time.
- Make sure all equipment’s PM and Profile in designated section are complete according to its schedule.
- All equipment PM and Profile indication must comply with the Quality Management System requirement.
- Monitor ESO downtime and utilize Downtime Analysis to make continuos improvement plan and take necessary action to reduce the machine downtime.
- Attend and assist QC team with any customer/NQA audit when needed.
