Job Description:

1.Responsible for any problem related to the machine, product quality and productivity in the designated section. Follow upand take all necessary measures to solve problem in the fastest time possible, including responds to emergency call line down.

2.Ensure minimal disruption to the production operations by arranging subordinates optimally for each shifts.

3.Report any major problem related to the machine and product quality to the superior immediately.

4.Liaise with Machinery Control’s Inventory Controller to ensure all the machine spare parts are in controlled within its optimum level. The store room rules must be abide at all time.

5.Make sure all equipment’s PM and Profile in designated section are complete according to its schedule. All equipment

6.PM and Profile indication must comply with the Quality Management System requirement.

7.Understand the Department’s PDIP Control Point and implement action plans to achieve the target.

8.Monitor ESO downtime and utilize Downtime Analysis to make continuous improvement plan and take necessary action to reduce the machine downtime.

9.Follow up with any job or assignment given by superior and report the progress from time-to- time (HORENSO).

10.Follow all the instructions given by the superior.

11.To support environment and occupational safety & health on daily working task to ensure factory is clean, free of chemical hazards and safe place to work.

12.To handle and support production shift operation to ensure smooth output and good yield to meet target plan on monthly basis.
