Job Description
Through our Management Trainee program, trainees will be given an
opportunity to:
Explore in various departments.
Gain a deep understanding and hands on experience in how the
operations are run in our business.
Find out which positions fit you the best.
Be trained to be the future leaders in various aspects of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive on-site training and provide support as needed.
Rotate to different departments such as Sales & Marketing, Admin, Human Resource,
Operation & Finance to learn all different company functions, policies and staff duties
Participating in meetings, trainings, and other learning
opportunities.
Learning about conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations
as required.
Completing all assigned tasks from time to time.
Prepare reports and make an effective presentation at the end of
the period in each assigned department.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any
field of study.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Willing to travel and able to work in outdoor.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-independent, enjoy new challenge
Aggressive toward career growth.
Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.
