Management Trainee Program?

  • You will go thru a set program for a year plus where you will be assigned to different areas of our operations and functional departments (Eg Operation of all business lines, Sales, Quality Control, Safety, Finance, Projects, etc.)
  • A diverse exposure across the whole organization within Malaysia

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil/Industrial/Mechanical/Mining/Mineral), Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
  • Motivated, fast learner, confident and able to work with people of all levels
  • Team player with good analytical skills
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken
  • Permanent position
  • Allowance provided.
