Management Trainee Program?

  • You will go thru a set program for a year plus where you will be assigned to different areas of our operations and functional departments (Eg Operation of all business lines, Sales, Quality Control, Safety, Finance, Projects, etc.)
  • A diverse exposure across the whole organization within Malaysia

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), or equivalent.
  • CGPA: 3.0 and above
  • Motivated, fast learner, confident and able to work with people of all levels
  • Team player with good analytical skills
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken
  • Permanent position
