Management Trainee Program?
- You will go thru a set program for a year plus where you will be assigned to different areas of our operations and functional departments (Eg Operation of all business lines, Sales, Quality Control, Safety, Finance, Projects, etc.)
- A diverse exposure across the whole organization within Malaysia
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Mining/Mineral), Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Motivated, fast learner, confident and able to work with people of all levels.
- Team player with good analytical skills.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken Mandarin is preferred.
- Permanent position.
