To assist the Restaurant Manager to maintain and improve the profitability of the business unit while striving to maintain or improve the standards of service and quality. To maintain all assets of the restaurant.
Duties and Responsibility:
• To understand Vivo Pizza’s 6 steps of service and practice them always.
• To understand and be updated on all Vivo product knowledge and promotions in order to be able to recommend and suggestive sell Vivo Pizza products better.
• To ensure that high quality beverages and food items are only served to Vivo customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• To assist the Restaurant Manager to maintain and control of product quality, customer service and general administration of the restaurant in accordance with the Company’s standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that any shift under his / her supervision is performed in accordance with the Company’s standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the training and supervision of team members and make recommendations where necessary to the Restaurant Manager to ensure that all team members are capable of meeting the standards of performance required.
• Assist to ensure quality service by periodically working dining and kitchen area.
• Assist in follow-up on all cash control and security procedures.
