Job Description

1. Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies
2. Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness
3. Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information
4. Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors and other professionals.
5. Help produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature
6. Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
7. Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently
8. Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
9. Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
10. Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time
11. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
12. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
13. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
14. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
15. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
16. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
17. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
18. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
5. MA in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
